San Francisco has so many wonderful places. Everyday I get surprised on how many spots for every taste exist. My teacher for Sustainable Design class brought us to one of them a week ago and I must say it is one of the coolest places I have been into. The Autodesk Gallery was created not to sell their software, but to show the public what you can achieve with it. We visited because they got a LEED certification for their excellence in minding the environment when remodelling the building but that is not the only great thing about the gallery. They have projects that go from the engine of an airplane, cars and Golden Gate Bridge light arrangements to a huge LEGO dinosaur. It is a very good resource for inspiration and for making you understand how technology can help you to land your craziest ideas. I highly recommend anyone in the area to visit it. Special thanks to Michael Sammet.
