User Experience. Embracing technology to help the user see the product together before buying it was addressed at the Playroom. Using Fireclay Tile's website Crush-it and Color-it application, the client could be able to create their tile, choose their colors and arrangements and have a clearer idea of how their space would look like. This makes the Playroom an inexpensive, interactive solution that utilizes technology that the company already has.
